National Sports Day (Intra Unit Rolling Trophy)

The national sports day was celebrated in Little Flower School, with great zeal and enthusiasm in the memory of the legendary hockey player Major Dhyan Chand. The Intra Unit Rolling Unit Trophy was organized for all the 4 schools of Vikhe Patil Foundation.
The chief guest Hon Dr. Ashok Vikhe Patil sir and respected Nandini ma’am were accompanied by the school principal. The programme began with the ancient tradition of Torch Pass followed by inauguration of the sports meet open by releasing a bunch of balloons in the sky, followed by a spectacular March past led by Mast. Shayaan Ansari.
Soon after the March past the students were administered with the oath by LFS Sports captain Miss Sharanya Bothe, and after it all sports teachers were felicitated by our beloved principal. The Chief guest and the school principal shared their words of motivation. Anchors Miss Vibhuti and Mast. Darshan took forward the programme smoothly. After this formal programme finally the races started. Participants from all the 4 schools namely VPMS Pune ,VPMS Nashik, VPMS Lohegaon and Little Flower school, Loni, gave their best. With the kind cooperation of all the supportive staff members the programme really went smoothly.At last winner’s were awarded with certificates and medals by the principal ma’am. The programme concluded with the national song. There was a smooth dispersal of all the schools.
