“Yoga for harmony and peace”
Yoga improves strength, balance and flexibility. It helps a person improve life physically, mentally and spiritually as well. International Yoga Day was celebrated in Little Flower School, Loni in an enthusiastic manner. The day began with a prayer and a brief introduction by the teachers explaining the benefits of various asanas and postures. Warm-up exercises, sitting and standing asanas were performed followed by omkar chanting. The sports teacher Mr.Deepak and all the students performed Yogasanas. The day was filled withpositive energy and zeal.
