Dr. Manoj Narwade is a transformational leader with a strategic vision and experience of over 20 years in industry and academia. He has been guiding Dr. Vikhe Patil Foundation over the years with his ability to take well-researched decisions, and inspire his team to give their best.

His academic track record spans a Doctorate in Management (PhD), Master of Management Science (MMS) from Savitribai Phule Pune University. He is also an alumni of Asian Institute of Management, Manila, Philippines.

His quest for effective managerial skill development led him to publish numerous national and international research papers, and he continues to contribute to the body of knowledge by doing extensive and innovative research in the field of management.
His major focus has been on creating a platform for quality in knowledge enhancement and bridging the gap between academia and industry. He has served as a Senate member for a term of 5 years in Savitribai Phule Pune University and currently he is a Member-Board of Studies – Human Resources (Commerce & Management).
